EXECUTIVE TEAM
David W. Packer – Chairman/CEO/President
Mr. Packer has been an entrepreneur his
entire life. In 1985 Mr. Packer developed one of the
largest children’s entertainment company in
Los Angeles, California,
and modeled it to become a franchise. By 1991 he
started selling units across
America. By 1995 he
had sold 25 units and would shift gears from franchising
to manufacturing building relationships between
Australian, Indian and American companies to form AMED
INC., a medical device company joint ventured with
Needle Technology LLC, an Australian company, and BTW,
which was joint ventured with Don Keeping of
Australia to
manufacture and distribute his new flash freezing bar
technology world wide. While Mr. Packer continued to
build these manufacturing companies he would also build
a production company over a six year window which would
develop and own 16 intellectual properties, two of which
would be shot as television show pilots enlisting
partnership from Hollywood Video on a comedy entitled
Flash And Dash Movie Bash. In 2008 Mr. Packer would
place all other business on hold to penetrate a new and
exciting industry of hydrogen boosting on-demand.
Brett Shisler, Chief Financial Officer
Brett recently joined HydroFuture as CFO, to raise funds and
manage the Company's relationship with the capital markets.
Brett's background includes service as an executive at
Quad-C Management, a middle-market private-equity firm,
where he assessed investment opportunities in diverse
sectors, including basic industrial, distribution, and
consumer products, and such portfolio companies as Document
Technologies, Inc., Max Media, and NuSil Technologies.
Earlier, Brett was an analyst at UBS Securities in both the
Global Industrials Group, where he offered financial advice
to companies in the building-products sector, and the
Leveraged Finance Group, where he focused on a variety of
debt-financing transactions and financial-sponsor
acquisitions. Brett previously provided strategic guidance
to Fortune 500 industrial firms while at Deloitte
Consulting. Before working in finance and consulting, Brett
promoted just-in-time delivery systems to General Electric’s
clients and refined jet engines at Pratt & Whitney. He also
served as a firefighter in Troy, New York and was an
Emergency Medical Technician with the Chicago Fire
Department. Brett holds a Bachelors of Science degree in
Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute.
David Harris, PhD – Chief Technology Officer
A 29
year veteran of everything IT and Technology, David joins
the team as the Chief Technical Officer. His
responsibilities include the global infrastructure for the
growing list of HydroFuture dealers and clients.
Starting his career at the age of 13 in 1980, a child
prodigy, he created some of the earliest software for the
Apple ][. Progressing from programming to Systems
Integration at age 17 David founded some of L.A's most
successful computer and networking companies in the 80's and
90's. He now delivers cutting edge addresses at
conferences on various technologies and is on the board of
several global Systems Integrators.

Deroy Murdock
– President, Public Affairs
Deroy Murdock brings over 20 years experience in public
relations and business administration to HydroFuture. As a
renowned
New York
commentator, Deroy is a syndicated columnist, with the
Scripps Howard News Service and a Senior Fellow with the
Atlas Economic Research Foundation, a supporter of some 300
free-market think tanks in 100 countries world-wide.
Deroy’s column, “This Opinion Just In…” reaches
approximately 400 newspapers across
America
each week, including the New York Post, TheWashington Times, the Boston Herald, and
TheSan Francisco Examiner.
He is a frequent guest on CNBC, CNN, C-Span, Fox News
Channel, MSNBC, and other TV and radio outlets. As a
popular public speaker, he has lectured or debated at
BostonCollege;
the Cato Institute, the Council on Foreign Relations; the
Heritage Foundation; the National Academy of Sciences;
Dartmouth,
Stanford, and Tulane universities; and various forums, from
Bogota to
Buenos Aires to
Budapest.
Raised in Los Angeles,
Deroy resides in New York
City. He is a
distinguished graduate of
GeorgetownUniversity
and holds an MBA from
New YorkUniversity.
His MBA program included a semester at the
ChineseUniversity
of Hong Kong.
DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Lee Packer – Director Of Engineering
Lee
worked with University of North Carolina’s Chapel Hill for
thirty years in charge of all building and design with
regards to electrical and security construction. No building was
built without his approval. He won several awards for
electronic security for campus housing, inventing new
methods of securing housing to make students safer. He
has helped develop security, housing-management, electrical
schematics and data systems for this major institution among
other privately contracted jobs during his tenure there.
After retiring he became incredibly busy with private contracts for
companies seeking unique electrical design solutions. His
years of experience with unique electrical design strengthen HydroFuture’s team
and proprietary development.
Edwin Ramirez
– President Of Manufacturing
Born in El
Salvador and raised in
Los Angeles,
Edwin Ramirez graduated from
Jefferson High School
and joined the United States Marine Corps. During his
distinguished service, Edwin specialized in Mechanics
and Electronics for automobiles and diesel trucks.
Edwin received several Meritorious Masts from the
military. After the Corps, Edwin joined
Canon Corporation as Technical Supervisor where he
managed a staff of technicians for Electronics. In
2004, he opened IronWorks, a full service steel
manufacturing business specializing in automotive and
truck equipment. IronWorks serves as a
principal manufacturing facility of HydroFuture. Edwin
is married with one child.
Larry Eckrote
– Vice President, Design Development
Born and raised in
California, Larry brings
over 25 years experience as an entrepreneur from the
trucking industry. Larry started his career as a teacher at
Chino High School.
In 1982, he started Larry Eckrote Trucking which
became Advanced Machinery Transfer Corporation and
Dereck Bulk Commodities. In 1993, Larry formed
Century Sand & Gravel Corporation. Century
employs over 35 trucking professionals with revenues of over
$12 million a year. Larry’s automotive
experience dates back to his college years when he drove
trucks to put himself through school. He holds Bachelors
and Masters degrees from
California State
Polytechnic – Pomona
and
Long Beach State University,
respectively. Mr. Eckrote is a highly respected
member of the Southern
California trucking community with extensive
contacts throughout the State and the Country. Larry is
married with three children. In his spare time, he has
professionally raced speed boats and built hot rod vehicles.

Romulo De
Leon
–
President, National Sales & Marketing
Romulo De Leon brings over 25 years business experience in
commercial product sales to HydroFuture. As the former
President of the US-Panamanian Chamber of Commerce, he was
involved in the legislation and passage of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) between the US, Canada
and Mexico. With the Chamber of Commerce, he represented
many leading American Corporations such as General Electric
selling automotive and industrial products to and from
Panama.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the
University
of Panama. Born
in Panama
and raised in Costa
Rica, Mr. De Leon lives in
Southern California.
He is married with two children.
